This worksheet helps tenth-grade students identify the trig function and side roles shown in a trigonometric equation. Students work through twelve equations such as sin(θ) = 7/13 or tan(θ) = 16/21. For each one, they name the trig group and identify which two side types are represented by the numerator and denominator. This gives students practice reading trig equations in reverse.
