This worksheet helps tenth-grade students find specific points, segments, lines, and planes inside one larger geometric diagram. Instead of looking at isolated pictures, students study a diagram containing plane R and several labeled points connected in different ways. They answer twelve questions by identifying objects and relationships already shown in the figure. This gives students practice reading a diagram as a connected geometric structure.

For example, students may be asked to name the point between A and D, identify the segment connecting B and D, name the line determined by two points, or identify the plane shown. Other questions ask students to find additional points lying in plane R or describe where two segments meet.

Another common mistake is confusing “between” with simply being nearby. A point between two others must lie on the same straight path with the other two points. Students should use the actual connections in the diagram instead of judging by visual closeness alone.

Teachers can use this worksheet after students know the basic geometric figures but before introducing more formal ideas such as collinearity and coplanarity. It works well for guided practice, independent work, homework, or a diagram-reading warm-up.
