This worksheet helps ninth-grade students match original formulas with correctly rearranged versions. Ten equations appear on one side of the page, and students connect each one to the formula that correctly isolates the requested variable. For example, if y = mx + b is solved for x, students should recognize x = (y – b)/m as the matching rearranged form.
